Hey all,
As we got first week of raids in SoO behind us, it has become clear that there are no significant benefits to us doing Flex mode SoO in full guild 25man group.
1. The ilvl of loot is the same whether your 10 or 25man in the flexi group
2. Seperate lockout means no one is saved for normal
3. As we operate with some casual ranked players and are more than 25 ppl, doing it only in guild we risk each week some ppl dont get a chance to clear in flexi mode.
4. It takes away much needed time on normal progress.

So going forward rule is changed so that all in guild can pug SoO flex mode (this week included) and guild raid nights we will simply focus on clearing normal mode.

Usual rules apply for normal mode lockout. Only social ranked players can raid outside the guild for current content. Anyone can raid any raid in pugs on alts ofcourse.
